- You must not rely on AI outputs as professional, legal, medical, financial, or safetycritical advice.
- You remain solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating any AI-generated content before use.
Ownership and Use of Content:
- You retain ownership of the inputs (prompts) you provide.
- Subject to these Terms, you own the outputs generated for you.
- You grant us a worldwide, royaltyfree license to use your inputs and outputs to provide, improve, and secure the Services, and for research and development (unless you opt out where available).
We generally do not use your personal conversations to train thirdparty foundation models without your explicit consent. Data may still be used for safety, abuse prevention, and service improvement.
7. Educational UseProducts used in educational settings do not replace professional teaching judgement. Teachers, administrators, and guardians remain responsible for supervision and educational outcomes. We do not guarantee specific learning results.
